1. Executive summary
DAI fused Sentinel-2 imagery (10 m), SRTM DEM, and GDACS/SENAMHI alerts over a 412 km² AOI in the Cajamarca mining basin. Three change clusters were detected on NE-facing slopes, −12% NDVI variation in an adjacent agricultural corridor, and moderate hydrological stress in access ravines.
